From a young age Peter showed a flair for performance whether it be singing or acting. This led him to study at ‘The Alexander Academy of Dance and Drama' in Croydon between the ages of 10 and 12. During this time he appeared in ‘1066 and All That' and ‘Half a Sixpence' at The Stanley Halls Theatre.
The untimely death of his father brought about a move to Sussex and although Peter continued to act at school in various revues and musicals gradually thoughts of acting seriously dwindled.
As a teenager Peter's performance skills became focussed on singing in bands and between the years of 1994 and 1998 , then in his twenties, he fronted a particularly successful local band playing at various venues including London's ‘Mean Fiddler', ‘The Orange' and ‘The Powerhaus'.
After training as a plumber and subsequently becoming a college lecturer and then manager Peter harked back to his days of performance and finally with much support from his wife in 2002 he enrolled at Brighton's ‘Academy of Creative Training' (ACT).
ACT provided and continues to provide practical and accessible drama training to mature students and after two years of comprehensive training Peter graduated in April 2004.
Peter continues to work steadily on the stage and front of camera building his C.V. and experience.
Details of these can be found on the C.V. page.
